They believe that educators are on the tipping point of transforming educationa critical time to evolve the way we teach and learn by using technology to enhance the PLC process. By combining the capacities of the PLC at Work process and powerful technology tools, teams of educators can meaningfully and feasibly modify education. Collaborative teams of educators can meet contemporary challenges and also reach sustained levels of deeper learning if K12 administrators and teachers realize the potential of virtual collaboration to support PLC building blocks.
