In this set, students learn more about extreme weather around the world. They examine notable tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, and snow/ice storms. They study characteristics, causes, effects of each as well humanitarian aid groups. In the final task, students will work with a partner to create a web page about an extreme weather condition.
