Description:
Parici favors the communicative approach combined with the action-type approach and offers progressive learning mainly focused on North American reality. During the 20 scripted episodes, students become familiar with different characters by immersing themselves in the particularities of the Quebec oral language.
This method was designed by professors from Quebec. It essentially aims to acquire levels 5 and 6 of the four skills – oral production, oral comprehension, written production, written comprehension – described in the Framework Program and which correspond to level B1 of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for LANGUAGES).
A method for:
promote oral comprehension by using the most common syntactic forms;
equip learners and encourage them to put their new language skills into practice in authentic everyday situations.
