All textbooks bought during the summer months for the upcoming school year can be returned for a full refund until September 30 of that year. If the September deadline has passed, please contact the retail manager for your return options at firstname.lastname@example.org or (416) 461-3542.
To be eligible for a full-refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable), and electronic access passcodes must be unused (if applicable).
To be eligible for a full-refund at any other time in the year that is not the start of the school season, you have a seven day period from the date of purchase, or you may call and make special accommodations with the retail manager.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase/book back to the manufacturer/publisher.

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
All refunds are given in person.
Under special circumstances, we will process refunds remotely. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, by phone or email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will applied to your account automatically. Should you wish to use the credit in store for your school purchases you may do so, or you may request that the credit is applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Should more than 30 days pass, please call the store and speak to the retail manager to have the refund applied to your method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
We honour warrantees provided by our manufacturers. If you have questions about a product’s warrantee, please call us.
All items are refundable, not including the exceptions listed above, under "Non-Refundable Items” and other store items marked as “Final Sale.”
We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us at (416) 461-3542, or send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 3709 Chesswood Dr., Toronto, Ontario, Canada M3J 2P6.
Some store items come with manufacturer warrantees. Please check the product label or ask one of our customer service representatives about your purchase.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
