Ambassador Pham Sanh Chau, along with the staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in India, organized a large, elaborate and thrilling rescue campaign, providing paperwork and connection support. Conveniently, taking hundreds of compatriots across thousands of kilometers of dirt road to the capital New Delhi, to board a single flight to their beloved Vietnam. The campaign is called Golden Gossip Flower, a bright yellow flower fresh, as a symbol of faith, hope and human love"
